Refund Policy

​REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

​Effective Date: February 7, 2026

​1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Bastion Ascent Group LLC ("The Company") specializes in high-level consulting, digital infrastructure, and proprietary automated solutions. Due to the nature of our services—which involve the transfer of intellectual property, time-intensive labor, and custom configuration—all sales are final.

​By engaging our services or purchasing our digital products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • ​You are purchasing "Intangible Goods" and "Professional Services."

  • ​These services cannot be "returned" or "un-consumed."

  • ​You waive any right to a refund based on "change of mind" or "subjective dissatisfaction."

​2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & ASSETS

For any downloadable assets, software configurations, templates, or digital blueprints purchased directly from the Site:

  • ​No Refunds: Immediate access to digital content constitutes full delivery of the product.

  • ​Exceptions: If a file is corrupted or technically defective, The Company will provide a replacement file within 48 hours of notification.

​3. CONSULTING & SERVICE RETAINERS

For ongoing service agreements, retainers, or project-based consulting:

  • ​Non-Refundable Deposit: Any initial deposit or setup fee is strictly non-refundable. This fee covers the reservation of The Company's resources and the initial structural setup of your account.

  • ​Cancellation by Client: You may cancel your service agreement with 30 days' written notice. You will remain liable for all work performed up to the date of termination. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused time in the final billing cycle.

  • ​Cancellation by Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate any agreement for cause (e.g., breach of contract, non-payment). In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

​4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & CHARGEBACKS

The Company views "Chargebacks" (forced payment reversals) as a breach of contract and, in certain cases, fraudulent activity.

  • ​Zero Tolerance: If you initiate a dispute or chargeback with your bank for validly rendered services, The Company reserves the right to:

    1. ​Immediately suspend all services and access to proprietary assets.

    2. ​Report the incident to relevant credit bureaus and fraud prevention databases.

    3. ​Pursue full legal recovery of the disputed amount, plus all associated legal fees and administrative costs.

  • ​Mediation: Before initiating any dispute, you agree to contact Principal@bastionascent.com to attempt a good-faith resolution.

​5. "AS-IS" WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

All services and products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not guarantee specific financial outcomes or business results, as these are dependent on market conditions and client execution.
